Description
The purpose of this position is to provide the research, data mining/analysis, reporting and interpretation of global, national, regional, local and/or account company performance metrics.
JOB PROFILE
Own occupancy data and analytics across the healthcare system and strategic initiatives as assigned. Develop materials for space governance committees and proactively provide recommended solutions in support of requests. Track data against internal and external benchmarks.
Operational Support
Track status and risk levels for business line initiatives
Lead non-technical cross business line initiatives (Facility Management, Transaction Management, Real Estate Strategy)
Own content population for Quarterly Business Reviews and other Rhythm of the Business leadership meetings and/or presentations
Reporting to include portfolio monthly reports, data variance reports and client ad hoc requests (ex: portfolio information, benchmarks and standards and provide supporting data)
Occupancy Planning
Develop data audit program and execute against approved scope
Own data updates to client CAD/CAFM tool
Onboard and train users to new occupancy planning technology
Contribute to continuous process improvement programs
Develop monthly space committee meetings materials and communications

Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new mapping, drafting, and drawing software
Proven problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite including: Excel and PowerPoint
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Intermediate experience in MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc). Heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to use query and report generation tools.
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to coworkers and supervisor.
