Description
Primary Functions
- Underwrite debt investment opportunities in major markets throughout the United States
- Develop advanced financial models using Microsoft Excel
- Play an active role in assisting senior management in the structuring and negotiations of all transactions
- Manage transaction due diligence and closing process for new investments
- Perform asset management for existing loan portfolio comprised of land, construction, bridge and stabilized deals across all asset classes
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate investments
- Strong writing, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial candidate
- Advanced computer proficiency with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communications skills
