- Financial modeling and analysis of new development or investment opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research within target investment markets, leveraging sophisticated supply/demand models and macro/micro economic forecasting to anticipate trends and opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance cash flow/financial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance in decision-making processes. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations based on model outcomes.
- Perform various portfolio- and property-level analyses, including nuanced evaluations to optimize investment strategies. Provide strategic recommendations based on thorough financial analysis and market insights.
- Assist in investment committee presentations of prospective projects and investments.
- Synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights to inform investment decisions.
- Ad hoc analyses to assist on other company initiatives, as may be required from time-to-time.
The ideal candidate for the position must possess superior analytical, organizational as well as effective written, verbal and internal communication skills; be highly skilled with Microsoft Office including Excel; have strong attention to detail, superior work ethic, and initiative to tackle assignments and see them through to completion.
This individual must have the ability to effectively balance working within a team environment and working independently.
A minimum of two years of experience in real estate project analysis is required. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Economics is preferred.
