Facilities Manager
Client Relationship Management:
Owns customer relationship with the Datacenter Campus Director or Datacenter Operations Manager (DCOM)
Responds to customer requests & proactively communicates with site leadership.
Attends site meetings - integration, leadership, etc.
Completes routine rhythm of business reporting.
Financial Management:
Develops and manages site forecasts and annual spend.
Acts as lead on CAPEX & OPEX project activities.
Security Program:
Responsible for oversight of security deliverables - repairs, maintenance, critical spare inventory management
Work Order Program:
Ensures timely completion of preventative maintenance & break-fix work orders.
Personnel Management:
Oversees and supports site team and manages staff deliverables.
Ensures timely completion of preventative maintenance & break-fix work orders.
Conduct routine one-on-ones, regular communication on performance, training, etc. and preparation of the performance appraisal.
Responsible for the successful onboarding of new staff
Works with RFM to review staffing needs for the campus.
Campus / Site / Program Expansion:
Ensures timely onboarding of sites in partnership with Integration Project Manager
Implements portfolio wide programs.
