Akelius is seeking a driven and solutions-oriented intern to join the leasing team.
The leasing intern will primarily be responsible for providing analytical support for Akelius’ portfolio and potential new investments.
The successful candidate will be provided a positive learning and practical work experience,
all while contributing toward the success of Akelius.
- help develop creative marketing strategies to generate qualified traffic
- provide customer service to residents, clients, and vendors
- carry out key administrative support to leasing & property management teams
- update and maintain online and company databases
- market the property through various advertising channels
- create and distribute marketing materials
- perform other duties as needed
who you are
- must currently be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in real estate, marketing, business, or a related field
- must have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher as determined by your current academic institution
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- attention to detail and the ability to build interpersonal relationships with clients, peers, and management
