Who You Are:
Polished, goal-oriented and a resourceful self-starter who can seamlessly execute against tight deadlines. Operations and efficiency-focused with a passion for continuously improving business processes and systems while crossing-off a list of action items. Strong communicator with excellent listening/written/verbal skills, superior attention to detail and “whatever it takes” attitude. Emotionally intelligent and comfortable “leading from behind” while maintaining a high degree of discretion and integrity in a face-paced entrepreneurial environment. At least 2 years of professional experience supporting senior executives in technology, real estate, finance or related industry
Responsibilities Summary:
Support the Founder & Managing Principal by executing personal and professional related priorities including light bookkeeping, bill payment/invoicing, corporate entity filings, day to day calendar management, travel and appointment booking, meeting preparation and ad hoc assignments and projects
Coordinate cross-channel marketing initiatives including webinars, blogs, in-person events, and social media assistance
Display strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather information, conduct research, and present findings.
Assist and take notes on the weekly property management calls
Manage vendors, part-time consultants and freelancers to deliver short-term projects and deliverables
Create, test, document and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (“S.O.P’s”) for all administrative and operational processes
Serve as a fractional EOS manager for standard operating procedures/systems, facilitating weekly L10 meetings, and track ongoing deadlines to drive accountability across the team
Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, Some CRM systems (Active Campaign, Investor portal system), Quickbooks and LinkedIn with an intuitive ability to learn new systems; familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) methodology strongly preferred
