Nannies, housekeepers, and fabulous food delivery aside, these women, like my new fathers, know how to negotiate. As an employer, this was my chance to do all the things I had tried to accomplish when this work was just a gleam in their father’s eye. So, like others before me, I offer ‘The Fatherhood Bonus’ – accomplish this and we’ll both make more money. Children are a double bonus.
