Description
Working under direct supervision, provides routine day-to-day business operations support to our Client's facility team. This includes supporting function such as health/safety, work order management and process coordination. Responsible for maintaining records, scheduling meetings and updating action items, trackers and other similar duties.
Develops presentations to communicate important metrics, supports site-wide operations operational requirements like safety meetings, communicates important messaging such as construction activities and the tracking of training.
Coordinates vendor safety training and compliance as well as scheduling site inspections and record keeping.
Helps record data in work order system, audits asset list and coordinates warranty work. Assists in receiving construction documents and drawings as projects are completed.
Updates trackers for small construction projects, maintains action items from assessments, observations and incidents.
Assists in processing and tracking work procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
Previous supervisory experience required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Knowledge of Financial software systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, MTA, VAS and I-Track).
Decisions made with thorough knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
