Job Summary
This position reports to the Vice President, Corporate Responsibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the annual CR Report and responses to the SAM Corporate Sustainability Assessment, CDP climate change disclosure and other ESG-related surveys, award applications and questionnaires
- Respond to requests for information regarding the company's ESG performance from ratings and reporting agencies, current or prospective clients, investors and other stakeholders
- Lead ESG data collection. Facilitate development of corporate carbon footprint. Manage data verification / external assurance processes. Work across regions and departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Support corporate responsibility strategic initiatives across CR pillars

Qualifications
- Experience preparing corporate ESG/sustainability/CR reports
- Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, ESG/sustainability/CR reporting standards, frameworks, and ratings & rankings such as Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), CDP, DJSI, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), etc
- Experience calculating a corporate carbon footprint, including Scopes 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions
- Understanding of key ESG issues affecting businesses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail
- Ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships across departments and geographies
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel domestically (up to 10%)
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of business experience
- Minimum of 2 years of ESG/sustainability/CR reporting experience, preferably with a global, publicly traded company
