Executive Assistant

Reports To: Partner/Treasurer and the CEO of The Dilweg Companies, LLC
ROLE:
To provide high-level and well-organized administrative support to the Partner, Treasurer (Capital Markets Team) & the CEO in a wide variety of professional and executive functions. Serves as personal assistant to the CEO and senior administrative assistant to the Partner, Treasurer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO CEO AND THE PARTNER, TREASURER:

- Serve as a “right hand person” to the CEO of the Company in a wide variety of administrative & clerical tasks
- Maintain schedules and act as gatekeeper to executives’ time and resources
- Assist in travel arrangements for CEO and others within the Capital Markets Team as requested.
- Assist CEO & Capital Markets Team leadership in maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
- Serve as a “voice/face of the Company” to a variety of outside investors, vendors and other professionals.
II. COMMITTEES/TEAMS
Assists the creation of agendas and takes notes for the weekly meetings of Leadership Team, Investment Committee and Capital Markets Team
III. PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Maintain personal calendar for appointments, meetings, and requested scheduled items. May be asked to run personal errands from time to time.
III. WHATEVER ELSE IT TAKES
To jump in as necessary to otherwise support the Company’s leadership in the implementation of the Company’s goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- A college degree is preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Executive Assistant is preferred
- Experience in Capital Markets/Investor Relations administration is valuable
Skills Required:
- Close attention to detail; verification of information; completion of assigned tasks

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Attending meetings and ensuring executive is adequately prepared for meetings

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- See: View CRT Screens, Mobile Phone Screens, Color Perception.
- Hearing/Listening: Clear Speech.
- Touching/Dexterity: Walk; Bend; Reach; Finger. Lifting - 25 pounds. Sit/Stand.
- Mental/Reasoning Requirements: Reading-Simple; Writing-Simple; Clerical; Basic Math Skills; Analysis/Comprehension; Judgment/Decision Making.
- Driving
BACKGROUND:
Background check, drug test required. Minimum of Five years’ executive level assistant experience. Our company uses E-Verify. Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
