Position: Senior Associate
Company: Recently formed between JEA Senior Living and large institutional investor will be employed by the JV.
JEA Senior Living is memory care owner, operator and developer.
+ Acquisitions – new deal review, modeling and underwriting. Must be completely proficient in financial modeling (50%)
+ Banks – work with current bank group on existing loans/refi and obtaining/ leading documenting new loans (20%)
+ Operations – financial planning and analysis, digging deep into current assets key metrics and help develop solutions to exceed projections (20%)
+ Reporting – help with communication flow/investment committee memos/board presentations to institutional investor, must be comfortable working with an institutional investor and the corresponding high-level detail/accuracy (10%)
+ Good work/ life balance - Independent schedule, 45 to 50 hours/week, position based in Charlotte, NC could be heavier hours at times during live deals
