Investment Analyst Program

PGIM Real Estate has an opportunity for a Research Analyst working in support of the Americas Investment Research team. The investment research team serves to:

  • improve investment decision-making of the company through top-down and bottom-up research;
  • create a research-based culture and image for the firm, and
  • enhance overall satisfaction of clients and prospects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide analysis and market briefings on property markets across real estate sectors (office, retail, industrial, apartment, hotel, senior housing, self storage, etc.) and major cities in support of investment decisions.
  • Provide support in the production of market briefings and presentations on economic and real estate markets for both the business and its external clients;
  • Support senior staff in developing new property market research, including data analysis and presentation of research findings
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; economics, urban studies, or other research-related field of study is desirable
  • Excellent quantitative skills, including a knowledge of statistics
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Previous internship and/or work experience in a related field a plus
