Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking an Experienced Designer with a passion for high quality design, interior architecture and a positive, collaborative work style, for our Workplace Financial Interiors Studio in our Charlotte Office.

 

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious, thoughtful Interior Designer or Interior Architect who is passionate about design and is looking to improve the performance of our clients through problem solving and breakthrough ideas.

 

The individual selected for this opportunity will work with a multidisciplinary design team to play  a significant role in delivering meaningful design solutions for one or more significant financial industry clients.

 

A candidate we’ll love:

  • You have Workplace-Interior project experience including interiors for clients in the financial services industry.
  • You have experience in all phases of project execution from project start through closeout.
  • You have a strong understanding of design, space planning, spatial relationships and materials.
  • Your design experiencmege includes programming, space planning, interior architecture, furniture and finish selection, document production, and construction administration.
  • You are excited about the opportunity to develop strong relationships working with a client having an-ongoing body of work and to play a role in helping expand that relationship.
  • You are a resourceful and creative problem solver.

A position you’ll love:

  • You’ll be working in our Workplace Financial Interiors studio with other professionals dedicated to an on-going body of work with one or more significant clients on a wide range of projects.
  • You will be working on multiple projects at one time with the projects varying in phase
  • You will have direct client contact
  • You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
  • You’ll coordinate with a team of architects, interior designers, and engineers to meet project requirements, budgets and schedules.
  • You’ll be responsible for programming, design, production, and construction administration.
  • You’ll be accountable for project success.
  • You’ll have growth opportunities.

 

 

 

Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited university;
  • Five to eight years of experience in the architecture & design industry;
  • NCIDQ Certification, Architectural Registration, or be on path for Certification/Registration
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and other design tools.
