The Tenant Coordinator shall serve as support for the Tenant Construction Managers and Sr. Director of Construction.
As the Tenant Coordinator, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions:
- Update Tenant criteria guidelines and Contractor’s rules and regulations as directed
- Prepare and send requests for proposals for procurement or contractor’s bids
- Facilitate signatures/approvals for contracts
- Process invoices in accordance with company standards
- Manage electronic shared drive documents as necessary
- Download specifications and drawings sent from Tenants
- Reviews and Approves Tenant Plans/Sign Shop Drawings
- Distribute criteria guidelines and construction rules & regulations
- Send out Possession notices in accordance with lease
- Assist Tenant Construction Managers with follow up with key Tenant and Landlord milestone dates
- Update and distribute Construction Department Tracking schedules bi-weekly
- Process Tenant Allowances
- Collect Lien Waivers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated, self-directed and capable of working independently
- Exceptional organizational skills and extremely detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with tenants and other departments/employees
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- High degree of integrity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous position in a construction, architecture, or engineering firm
