Description
Working under direct supervision, provides routine day-to-day operations and administrative support for the Operations and Sourcing teams. Collects and analyzes data. Designs reports to measure performance of the services delivered on the account. Assists in the development of recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations and communicates with other departments as necessary.
Compiles and analyzes a variety of operating, financial and statistical information as needed to respond to management requests. Coordinates work with other departments. May add commentary to complete analysis reports.
Designs & implements reports to support account, client and sourcing requirements.
Performs analytics and benchmark reporting (Tableau and Excel) as required to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to internal and external customers.
Supports monthly/quarterly reporting activities, including completion of client/vendor scorecards. Validates that work is completed in accordance with account Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Manages updates to account playbooks and rolls out/trains applicable team members.
Supports the development of presentations for account team, client and vendor meetings.
Troubleshoots and resolves simple inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.
Performs other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from a four year college or university plus a minimum of two years related work experience within one or more of the following areas: business analytics, project management, business operations, procurement/sourcing or vendor management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Big Four consulting experience is a plus.

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Spreadsheet skill set to include advanced functions such as graphics/charts, pivot tables and V-lookups. Tableau and/or database experience preferred.
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
