We are seeking an energetic individual with strong attention to detail who will act as the Portfolio Account Coordinator to manage to theinitiatives of domestic and global client accounts of the firm.  This position involves coordination between corporate finance and/or corporate real estate personnel in our client accounts and both senior leadership as well as portfolio account management, lease administration, project management, business intelligence technology and other account personnel within our firm that service client accounts.

 

 

This role will also handle other key initiatives for portfolio client accounts and will require travel (10-12 trips/year). This position will be located in Dallas, TX but will coordinate with a team of individuals predominantly based in Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ and Tampa, FL.

 

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

  • Attend and participate in all Client(s) account related meetings and conference calls.
  • Travel as needed to support Client(s) requirements.
  • Issue reports to Client(s) on status of all work in progress on a weekly basis.
  • Adhere to Client(s) standard operating procedures and account reporting protocols.
  • Report on compliance standards.
  • Ability to understand basic terms in commercial lease agreements.
  • Interface with Client(s) regularly to support strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Report on key performance indicators on each transaction for the overall performance on Client accounts.
  • Coordinate with lease administrator(s).
  • Interact with lease administration software applications and track work in progress.
  • Interact with business intelligence software applications to generate Client reports.
  • Work with Client(s) standard national account documentation.
  • Respond to telephone calls and/or e-mails externally with Client(s) and internally with team.
  • Manage and execute team deliverables for Client(s) as needed.

 

Required Skills:

  • College degree
  • Commercial real estate lease knowledge
  • Basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage time and stress levels efficiently and professionally
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments concurrently
  • Strong attention to detail; timeliness and accuracy is imperative
  • Ability to analyze processes or problems and suggest improvements or resolutions
  • Exceptional Client service mentality and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Windows software programs

Tableau experience and knowledge
