A commercial real estate firm in the King of Prussia area, with a division specializing in lease data management, is hiring a Production and Systems Manager to oversee the day to day processes. This role is involved from pre-project setup to final data delivery and works closely with clients and staff and reports directly to the Partner level.

This role is involved from pre-project setup to final data delivery and works closely with clients and staff and reports directly to the Partner level.
Responsibilities
- Have overall responsibility for project scheduling, workflow management and reporting for Lease Abstraction projects
- Coordinate with clients and staff to gather and interpret staffing and timing requirements for developing data intake, integration and reporting solutions on all division products
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of data processes and procedures to successfully complete each client requirement
- Manage and facilitate the workflow processes for new data requests, changes and deletions
- Manage staff assignments
- Identify, analyze, and report/resolve data issues, related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency and completeness
- Provide timely, accurate documentation and weekly client reporting on all projects
- Support client and staff review meetings
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years relevant commercial real estate experience, preferably in lease administration
- Understanding of project management methodology and cost accounting
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel and other database management systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Experience managing multi-skilled teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail oriented
- Familiarity with real estate database systems is a plus
