We are a New York based Real Estate investment firm looking to hire an individual to assist in fund raising. Our firm specializes in acquiring value-add office properties throughout the country. We are ideally looking for candidates with 1-5 years of real estate experience and/or sales experience.
Sovereign Partners is a well-established real estate investment firm in the process of raising its first fund targeted at the retail investor community. The candidate would be working under the executive spearheading this business line.
Responsibilities / Skills:
- Develop and maintain relationships with broker dealers and investors.
- Cold calling
- Weekly travel to meet with and present about Sovereign Partners and the Fund
- Develop presentations
- Strong Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Must be a motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and self-directed individual with Strong verbal and written communication skills.
