Job Description and Responsibilities
The Marketing Associate will be an integral member of the firm’s marketing team, working side-by-side with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator. While primarily production focused, there will be ample opportunity for creative input, collaboration, and independent execution. Responsibilities include:
- Design and production of graphic elements (maps, collages, charts/graphs, infographics)
- Assembly of pitch and offering documents
- Creation of advertisements across media types
- Editing, sourcing, enhancing, and correcting project photographs and design assets
Skills/Qualifications
- Expert InDesign skills
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, especially as it applies to text layout, styles, and image integration
- Ability to accurately, thoroughly, and consistently create quality materials that achieve the established company aesthetic
- Capacity to work quickly under tight deadlines with multiple priorities
- Unfailing attention to detail
- Minimum of two years of professional experience as a graphic designer
- Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
- Real estate experience preferred
