Description: Silver Portal is seeking an experienced private real estate capital markets professional to assist in the marketing and distribution of the firm’s proprietary real estate product to Registered Investment Advisor, Family Office, and Accredited Investors nationwide.
Skillset / Requirements:
- Prior private real estate capital markets experience
- Industry relationships, specifically with Registered Investment Advisors, Family Offices and Accredited Investors
- Advanced understanding of the real estate industry, its products and investors
- Appropriate securities licenses (Series 63 and Series 7 or 22)
- Ability to present Silver Portal and its clients in a professional manner
- Advanced writing proficiency
- Defined reporting structure as this is not an in-office position
Compensation: Structured on a commission-only basis based upon capital raised.
