Senior Project Manager

Savills Studley is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its office in Raleigh, NC.  The right candidate will have extensive construction project management experience and will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction project planning and execution, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, communications, security, relocations, and coordination. Additionally, partnering closely with the brokerage team to deliver optimum financial results for clients is crucial in this role. 

This position can have single-point accountability, or can be under the direction of the Senior Managing Director of Project Management, depending on level of experience.  

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• lead the planning and implementation of projects

• define project tasks and resource requirements and allocations
• develop full-scale project plans
• assemble, coordinate, and manage project teams and project budgets
• plan and schedule project timelines
• track project deliverables

• constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to internal and external stakeholders
• present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• project evaluations and assessment of results
• source and acquire new business opportunities
