Real Estate CEO looking for a pro-active executive assistant to:
- Maintain personal and business schedule including booking appointments and travel plans
- Assist with digital organization of corporate information
- Researching real estate related information
- First line of inquiry to government agencies for real estate matters
- Manage real estate office including ordering supplies, ordering and maintaining computer equipment and office technology.
Experience with excel, outlook and word required with a preference for people who have some real estate background
