Our client is an institutional real estate investment firm headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. The firm focuses on private equity and private debt investments in residential real estate in the United States and German-speaking Europe. They currently manage over $7 billion in AUM, representing more than 100 German and Swiss institutional investors. Besides its Headquarters in Switzerland, they have offices in numerous German cities as well as London, Stockholm, Vienna, Dubai, Luxembourg, and a fully vertically integrated investment office in Miami.

They focus on identifying unique investment opportunities to develop superior quality and sustainable mid-rise and high-rise residential properties in dynamic and fast-growing locations across the US Sunbelt region.
To further execute their growth strategy, they are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial personality for their Miami location as Director of Client Solutions US.

Position Overview:
The Director of Client Solutions is responsible for growing their institutional investor base in the US. The Client Solutions team builds long-term relationships with investors and raises equity capital for a range of financial products including closed-end fund structures, programmatic solutions, and Joint Venture Investments. An important part of the role is thus being able to understand complex concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner to investors.

Working in their Miami office, the successful candidate will be part of an ambitious and agile team with the responsibility for driving their growth across the US. The role will suit an ambitious professional who is motivated to deliver results, think strategically, and feel part of the success of the organization from day one.

Primary Responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact for institutional and private investors in the US.
• Establishing and expanding the firm’s network of institutional and private investors.
• Identifying, structuring, and raising equity capital for fund- and individual investment structures from both institutional and private investors.
• Contributing to growth across the US and the ongoing internationalization of the firm.
• Identifying and analyzing market-specific trends and customer needs as well as collaborating with portfolio management in the
development of bespoke investment solutions.
• Cooperating closely with the global Client Solutions team to deliver regular and ad-hoc materials
such as due diligence materials, portfolio analysis, market summaries, and presentations.
• Participating in the creation and implementation of marketing activities tailored for institutional investors.
• Collaborating on a regular basis with Acquisitions, Development and Corporate Management teams
on various investment-related projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or related field, MBA and/or CFA desirable.
• 10+ years’ experience working with institutional investors.
• Strong personal track record of delivering sustained results for institutional investors.
• Deep personal network including an extensive range of contacts among institutional and private investors and the broader ecosystem.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in business development and the management of a team.
• Excellent problem solving, presentation and analytical skills.
• Integrity, strong personal values and work ethic, and professional maturity as well as high level of self-initiative.
• Interest both in broader financial markets, and specifically in private markets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Organized and accurate personality with strong time management skills.
