We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate professional to support our rapid expansion in the Southeast region of the United States. The ideal candidate consists of a consummate professional with extensive experience in retail commercial real estate, with the ability to add immediate value to our existing portfolio and acquisition pipeline.
Our portfolio encompasses over 2.5 million square feet of properties, representing over $1 billion of aggregate portfolio value. We have deep expertise and an exceptional track record in the ownership and asset management of retail assets. In addition, our Company controls a national retailer, enhancing the lens and strategy in which we approach leasing our properties. Responsibilities:
- Oversee asset management, leasing, reporting, and other key items incidental to ownership across Southeast portfolio
- Support acquisitions efforts including market analysis, property valuation, and due diligence in connection with new purchases
- Source tenancies and negotiate lease agreements
- Manage portfolio policies and initiatives to maximize profitability and growth potential
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other key industry stakeholders
- Actively participate in the broader strategic planning and Company decision-making
- Encourage informed business decisions through financial review and report analysis
- Minimum of 7 years experience in acquisitions, leasing, and asset management of retail commercial real estate
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- High level of motivation and hunger for success; strong desire to build equity in exciting platform
- Must be based in Atlanta, GA
