Description

CF Capital is a national real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and operation of multi-family assets throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Our expansion is not just about improving the bottom line or the aesthetic of our apartment units. It’s about elevating communities as a whole—down to the individual level—to transform the lives of thousands of families. We build ecosystems of truly investing in people and providing them the tools to take control of their lives. By disrupting the transactional tenant-landlord relationship, we become a catalyst of positive transformation in someone’s life. Not sacrificing ROI, but enhancing it.

OUR CORE VALUES

We operate with Integrity, honesty, and initiative to do what we say and should do, even without announcing it. We Lead with Excellence in intention and effort in execution to solve problems and capitalize on opportunities proactively. We play offense and take massive action to fulfill our Purpose of elevating communities together.

ASSET MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Our team is seeking to grow by hiring an Asset Management Associate to be responsible for the asset management of communities within the CF Capital portfolio and assisting with the due diligence on future acquisitions. This will include working with our third-party management company to maximize profit and efficiency by the monitoring of operations, revenues and expenses, and execution of capital projects.  The Asset Management Associate acts as the “owner’s representative” and is responsible for creating value, maximizing operations, and the financial performance and returns at both the individual asset level and the portfolio level over the investment life cycle.

The successful candidate should enjoy a multi-facetted role and working in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative company with aggressive growth targets. We believe you can only manage what you can measure and the idea of building new systems to capture the data needed to make educated decisions is exciting, not daunting. The Asset Management Associate will report directly to the Founders and will work as part of an experienced investment team involved in acquiring and managing both value-add and stabilized multifamily real estate.
