AION Partners, a New York based owner and operator of over 15k multifamily units, has recently closed their 2nd value add real estate fund and is actively acquiring new properties. The internal construction team is looking to bring on a new team member to help execute the value-add business plans associated with our growing real estate portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build/coordinate scopes of work, bid forms, bid walks, and bid leveling documents
- Manage construction projects across multiple states
- Track construction progress and manage the associated budgets via job costing
- Review and approve project draw trackers
- Source new contractors in local markets throughout the Mid Atlantic
Ideal Experience and Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of construction experience
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point)
- Manage personal travel and expense account
- Candidate must be flexible with schedule. Job entails up to 75% travel. Monday through Friday.
- Valid drivers license
- Good Credit Score
