The 9 Investment Management Analysts will move through a 2-year program, where you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with our team on challenging, meaningful projects across the following tracks:

• Asset Management
• Private Equity
• Capital Allocation
• Asset Liability Management
• Debt Capital Markets
• Portfolio Management
• Amherst Homes (Amherst’s new build division)

Analysts will focus on one of these critical areas and will also form a talent pool from which other teams will staff projects as capacity is required. 

After undergoing a rigorous boot camp, analysts will be coached by seasoned professionals throughout the program to help advance technical capability, industry knowledge, and soft skills. Throughout the duration of the program, you will also have access to mentorship from the investment team who will help you develop both personally and professionally. Successful analysts will have the opportunity to join one of our rapidly growing teams upon completion of the program.

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field; Finance, Math, Business, Economics with a strong interest in Real Estate
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Experience with Excel modeling
• Microsoft Office skills, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic project management abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
