Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tenant invoices and distribute
- Post A/R , payments, run schedules
- Prepare and maintain tenant insurance schedules
- Review/Calculate – CAM, real estate tax and insurance reconciliations/ year end true up
- Prepare A/P checks
- Review property values
- Assist with various internal projects, P&L’s, Reconciliations
Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years real estate accounting/lease administration
- Strong Organizational skills
- Proficient with QuickBooks/Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to work independently and follow up with all levels of company
