Description


Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a partner-track associate to join the Real Estate practice group in our Philadelphia office. This attorney will be involved in real estate matters throughout the country and will represent both developers and lenders in the areas of acquisition, development, construction and financing. Pennsylvania bar admission or eligibility to waive in is required.

We are seeking candidates with two to five years of experience in broad based real estate matters including representing clients, drafting and reviewing leases, purchase and sale agreements, as well as reviewing title and survey issues. Experience in Philadelphia zoning and portfolio sales are considered a plus. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
