The Associate Revenue Advisor is responsible for managing all aspects of their assigned operator partners and markets, including managing daily pricing and revenue manager support, execution of revenue strategy, managing the operator and onsite relationship and internal LivCor communication. As such, the Associate Revenue Advisor is required to become an expert in Yieldstar, Performance Analytics with Benchmarking, Business Intelligence as well as various other internal communication platforms.

What you will do:

  • Act as a liaison between operators and other LivCor departments for 10-25 properties and support services to ensure smooth implementation and continued support of systems and processes
  • Understand and interpret performance results ongoing through YieldStar, PAB, RP BI, and Monthly SPR's
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with operators and LivCor teammates at all levels
  • Articulate the LivCor Revenue Management value proposition and develop credibility for its concepts and benefits
  • Train operator resources on revenue management concepts
  • Regular review of rate recommendations
  • Regular discussions with on-site, regional and asset managers related to pricing questions, execution of Asset Strategy and general operating performance. Common questions would include observations on staffing and marketing.
  • Monthly performance measurement analysis and reporting to senior management regarding financial results, revenue management adoption behavior, leasing velocity and market conditions
  • Serve as liaison within LivCor to ensure consistent communication between parties regarding issues and changes
  • Ongoing education of operators regarding pricing practices and the Price Optimizer system
  • Ongoing evaluation on unit amenities at the community and market level
  • Manage the amenity change process with operating partners
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new acquisitions
  • Coordinate with other teams as needed to facilitate overall success

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly desired; equivalent experience within industry may be acceptable
  • 2+ years industry experience in Multi-Family Property Management, Asset Management or Market Research preferred
  • Experience with multi-family business intelligence and benchmarking tools is beneficial (Performance Analytics with Benchmarking, Rentlytics etc.)
  • Intermediate technical and analytic skills preferred but not necessary (Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word)
  • Experience using technology such as Yieldstar, BI Solutions, PMS, ILA, Chatmeter, Coreview
  • Experience delivering professional presentations and communicating with senior executives
  • Strong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to change and work well in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours at times depending upon workload
  • Openness to travel quarterly
