Role
-Accounting: 5-10 years of accounting experience needed. Real estate experience is suggested, but not required. Role will require candidate to put together basic financial statements monthly for ongoing development projects and partnership reporting requirements. Experience with the major three financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows) is imperative. Experience with software based accounting tools is also required.
-Admin: day to day administrative work and assistance for ongoing development projects. invoice book keeping, invoice vetting, requisition and draw package preparation
Note - Full time selected, but the required hours will likely start at 15-20 hours per week.
