Associate, Real Estate Private Equity Fund

We are working with an established NYC- based multi-billion dollar real estate private equity fund that invests in real estate operating companies, rather than individual or portfolios of properties.  They would like to diversify their investment team by adding another Associate.  We particularly encourage women and diversity candidates with two to four years of experience from a top tier investment bank and a focus on Real Estate/Gaming/Lodging/Leisure, M&A, Leveraged Finance, Consumer or Industrials to apply.  They will also consider backgrounds that combine investment banking and buy side experience.  This role requires a strong interest in the real estate sector, outstanding fundamental analytical skills including LBO/M&A financial modeling proficiency, and the ability to conduct deep due diligence of a private company and real estate assets.  This is a career track position for humble individuals who take a team approach to their work.  Qualified candidates with a track record of academic and professional success may forward a resume in Word to our website.  All inquiries will be treated confidentially.
