* The Development Director will work at Keystone's headquarters in Conshohocken, PA and occasionally at our Philadelphia office*
Job Summary
The Development Director is responsible for overseeing the development and redevelopment of the company’s portfolio.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develops strategic vision for newly acquired properties.
Streamlines the renovation and redevelopment processes.
Coordinates between all related parties involved with the construction projects including architects, designers, and general contractors.
Oversees all development and construction tasks including project design, budget, and scope of work, schedule, and project execution.
Works with senior executive and asset management teams on budgeting for renovation projects on properties.
Assists with the review of all work in process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, company standards. Reviews and recommends improvements to existing and proposed plans.
Develops and maintains contacts with industry organizations and sources.
Provides strategic advice on planning and development opportunities.
Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of related experience, including strategic support of senior executives.
Proven track record of leadership and managing development projects.
Ability to build positive working relationships.
Must be proactive, creative and a self-starter
Excellent verbal and written communication

Exceptional project management skills
High level of professionalism and confidential
Valid state driver’s license
