Real Estate Company is seeking an outgoing individual with excellent multi-family property management and customer service skills for our Miami, FL property. This individual will assist and be responsible for the overall success of day-to-day operations and management of the property in completing all the daily administrative and other tasks related to the operation and functioning of our buildings. 

 

In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and must be able to maintain a realistic balance across multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, energetic, outgoing, and have a positive attitude.

 

Good communication skills are necessary because this role will interact on a daily basis with our existing tenants in an effort to resolve tenant inquiries. The ideal candidate understands that they serve as an extension of the company, and is capable of maintaining a humble, friendly, and respectful demeanor at all times. This role will require cross-company collaboration and will interact with all team members.   

 

Duties Include:

 

  • Makes regular and special inspection tours of the including, move-out, move-in and annual inspections.
  • Manage and respond to Tenant inquiries
  • Maintain and interface with the accounting team
  • Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures FL codes and regulations. 
  • Responsible for coordination and management of building security, safety and building operations 
  • Assist in monitoring capital improvement projects including compliance with local laws, boiler repairs, elevator modifications, roof repairs/replacements, etc.
  • Perform general administration and documentation including work orders, tenant charges, logs, permits, licenses, employee records
  • Executes contracts for insurance, materials, supplies and equipment.
  • Respond to emergency call system and summon appropriate help.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must possess strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Timeliness in meeting deadlines is essential
  • Oversee move-in and move-out process
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Keep – track open tasks and follow up to ensure completion in a timely manner. 
  • Must be available for onsite or weekend emergencies when necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • This role will serve as additional support and backup to the Leasing Administrator Role.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
