Investment and Development Analyst

Balcara Group, based in Houston, is a leader in the development of Luxury Single-Family Rental Neighborhoods with large-scale communities under development in Texas and Florida.  Our Houston project, Balcara at Balmoral, is located in the award-winning Balmoral Master Planned Community and will have initial tenancy in early 2021.  We are seeking a Development Analyst with strengths in Investment and Financial Analysis.  Position responsibilities include:

• Underwriting and modeling of new development projects;
• Preparation of Investment Recommendations;
• Budget management and tracking for existing projects;
• Pipeline management;
• Preparation of investor and lender materials; and
• Other activities as required by the Company.

Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred although we will consider candidates with relevant experience in other hard assets (e.g. energy and infrastructure) as well as those with strong credit and banking backgrounds.
