Opportunity: Industrial property management single-tenant portfolio working directly for an owner.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tenant welcome packages and notices
  • Update and maintain property information and other logs
  • Coordinate and track required inspections
  • Gather, maintain and follow-up on tenant maintenance responsibility compliance
  • Prepare, manage and track all vendor contracted services
  • Manage and track certificates of insurance for both tenants and vendors
  • Oversee property tax payments and work with tax consultants on appeals
  • Responsible for ensuring timely accounts payable processing

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a real estate property management company in a comparable role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members, customers and vendors
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and ensure accuracy of work
  • Ability to manage tenant and vendor insurance certificates to ensure compliance with lease and contracts
  • Familiar with bidding vendor contract services, preparing vendor contracts and managing vendor services
  • Knowledge of property budgeting and reporting processes
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, as well as MRI and Kardin)
