We are targeting acquisitions in major gateway cities where we will be able to re-position properties by introducing greening and social programs. Our wide range of investors, including institutional investors, foundations and family offices, have joined us in our mission to make an impact in these areas. Rose Companies is a national leader in the preservation of affordable housing and is constantly expanding its capabilities for the platform.

As part of this endeavor, we are seeking an Investor Relations Summer Intern who will represent the financial goals and social and environmental mission of Rose companies in assisting with the following functions: 

  • Maintain CRM system and of the communication programs for our investors
  • Maintain Investor Portal and files
  • Assist with fund reporting to investors
  • Update marketing materials
  • Complete ad hoc investor relations requests 

The ideal candidate should currently be enrolled in a college or university, demonstrate strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidates should have strong organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Education or experience in the disciplines of investments and/or fund management is required and may include in one/more of the following: private equity, investment banking or investor relations. Experience from top tier investment firms will also be considered.
