The Facilities Sr. Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality Facility Management services to ADIs non-manufacturing facilities.

 

The Facility Sr. Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the maintenance staff along with adhering to account key performance indicators, budgetary goals, and EH&S practices.
 

This position will report to the Director of Global Real Estate and Workplace and is based in Wilmington, MA.
 

Responsibilities
 

  • Primary point of responsibility for Facilities Management within the Global Real Estate and Facilities function.
  • Facilities Management at Analog Devices is currently decentralized and site-specific. Therefore, a critical goal across the next 12 months is:
    1. Establishing the global Facilities Management base line (who is doing what where, and how much it’s costing ADI)
    2. Identifying alternative delivery models that can deliver cost savings, as well as service efficiencies, standardization, innovation, and improvements
    3. Develop business cases for change, as appropriate
    4. Secure buy-in and implement improvements
  • Directly manage facilities team members and scopes of work, implementing standard processes and procedures, ensuring superior end user satisfaction, sustaining a safe work environment, and demonstrating productivity.
  • Develop and lead Workplace Experience programs in partnership with Director of Global Real Estate and Workplace.
  • Coordinate with other members of the Global Real Estate and Workplace team during real estate strategy definition, leasing, and project management.
  • Ensure that there are no interruptions, disruptions, or losses arising from unscheduled downtime of services. Systems operations and maintenance must be safe, reliable, and economical.
  • Establish and maintain close liaison with outside vendors to facilitate quality, cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement programs, processes, and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity.
  • Develop and oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
  • Develop and manage an annual maintenance budget.
  • Contribute to annual capital planning.
  • Initiate and manage work orders for office, lab, and test environments.
  • In coordination with ADI EH&S professionals, conduct periodic safety, environmental, and other required inspections/audits of facilities. Ensure that appropriate documentation is submitted and take prompt action to correct conditions found to be out of compliance or unsafe.
  • Assists in facilitation of internal work orders scheduling and completion per specifications.
  • Supervise projects and services during normal and off hours, including weekends when necessary
  • Escalate risks throughout the organization appropriately.
  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
     

Education And Experience
 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
  • Minimum of 7 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
  • Experience in technology hardware / integrated circuit industry preferred
