JOB SUMMARY
  

The purpose of this position is to manage and support the change management program to achieve diverse and complex workplace strategic goals and objectives for Line of Business clients for a geographic area (e.g. National, Region, and/or Global).


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  


Delivers & enhances the Change Management program for implementation of project and portfolio level solutions, occupancy strategies and work environment solutions.

Engages with occupants at all levels of the organization from project inception through delivery, providing readiness support including occupant learning activities (discussions, tours, training, etc.), enablement of clear messaging & coordination of communications plans, vision statement, manager talking points, etc. and effectively leads and manages sensitive, difficult/demanding conversations or situations.

Communicates project goals &objectives, schedule parameters & milestones.

Develops, maintains & reports on agreed upon critical success factors & measures of work environment efficiency, effectiveness and expression.

Produces quantitative and qualitative information to illustrates organizational, operational and functional relationships that pose physical and spatial impacts.

Effectively leads and manages sensitive, difficult or demanding conversations and situations

Oversee the development of program materials such as timelines, presentation decks, communications and engagement guides

Ensure delivery of change management activities per project plan and rhythm of business

Documents occupant organization pain points at project inception, develop plan to mitigate those pain points and measure progress and results.

Provide necessary occupant learning opportunities, to include engagements such as panel discussions, tours, training, etc.

Provides management support to enable clear messaging, to include coordination of communications plans, vision statement, manager talking points and other components of readiness

Serves as primary interface with Business Division(s) and client disciplines to understand business direction and changing workplace needs. Applies knowledge to forecast space requirements and develops space needs based against business and market conditions. Develops executable plans to support the business needs, corporate objectives and initiatives

Produces visual display of quantitative and qualitative information. Illustrates organizational, operational and functional relationships that pose physical and spatial impacts

Develops, maintains and provides reports, including agreed upon critical success factors or KPIs, on measures of work environment efficiency, effectiveness and expression

Attends Client meetings, draft meeting minutes and obtain approvals to proceed when required. Conduct interviews and discussions with the client to gather, coordinate, and synthesize project requirements, functional, operational and cultural issues

Executes change management process for unplanned and special project requests. Provides business case analysis and documentation that meet the Client's requirements and are consistently in alignment with Client's goals and objectives

Delivers & supports communication of  project-level and portfolio-level solutions based on interpretation of the program data and preparation of recommendation.

Partners with client leadership in researching, evaluating, and improving client and service delivery processes. Ensures scope of work is in compliance with statement of work and contracted service level agreements

Delivers and manages pre & post occupancy surveys, maintains survey database, and provides reporting

Other duties may be assigned.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  


May provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area.  Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination.  Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.  Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff.  Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies.  Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university.  Masters degree or MBA preferred.  5+ years corporate real estate experience with emphasis on Strategic Planning, Occupancy Planning, and Transaction Management; expertise in corporate finance preferred with 7+ years asset/portfolio management experience.



CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
  


CCMP Certification preferred

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
  


Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.

Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.



OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
  


Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products.

Highly collaborative in a team environment.

Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

Knowledge of Qualtrics or similar survey tools preferred

Exceptional organizational, time-management skills
